We welcome you to learn more about Ray of Hope Cat Ministry, INC. Our story began with our founder, Terri Hooper, who found her purr-pose in helping homeless & unwanted cats & kittens with their needs, from nutrition, vetting, hospitalizations, finding homes, & yes loving each in a home environment. Terri purr-vides a “Hope 4 Cats” through funding the organization herself, fundraising events, & through gracious donations.

We believe every cat deserves a loving furr-ever home, healthy food, & a healthy living environment free from cages.
